Made with pasture-raised pork sourced from local farmers, this sausage can be served on a deli roll with sauerkraut and mustard or added to soups, chowders, and casseroles. While this sausage is partially cooked by the smoking process, it must be cooked prior to eating. Firsthand Foods’ farmers raise their animals humanely outdoors without growth-promoting antibiotics, using non-GMO feed, and are Animal Welfare Approved.
