Leftovers add instant flavor to your favorite soup or stew recipe. While our city ham is partially cooked by the smoking process, it must be heated prior to eating. Firsthand Foods’ farmers raise their animals humanely outdoors without growth-promoting antibiotics, using non-GMO feed, and are Animal Welfare Approved. Sodium nitrites are added to our brine as a preservative.
