Feed your family nutritious, humanely-raised proteins curated by the team at Firsthand Foods to include seasonally perfect selections: hearty braising cuts and roasts for cold months, prime grilling cuts for summer, and quick weeknight options year-round. Sign up for one season at a time. Each season includes three months, with one box provided per month.Each box includes 3-4 different cuts (approximately 5-7 lbs) that fit easily into a regular freezer. Each monthly box includes enough meat to make 4 meals for a family of 4 with the opportunity for leftovers. Plus each month, you’ll have the option to add specialty items to your box like sausages, ground beef, lamb, whole chickens and more!

• Purchase a seasonal subscription here, you can choose either an All Beef or a Beef & Pork Box.
• Get your Meat Box every 3rd Tuesday of the month.  If you’re in East Durham, pickup at our nearby warehouse on Pettigrew Street.  If you’re in the areas of Chapel Hill, Hillsborough, Raleigh, South Durham or Cary, we’ll deliver to you.
• We’ll put you on our mailing list to receive pick-up reminders, recipes, cooking tips, and the option to purchase add-ons.
• Mark your calendar with your Tuesday dates for the season. Please be sure to leave a cooler out for delivery. All meats are sold frozen.
