Come enjoy our delicious meat paired with ciders from New York’s Original Sin at Black Twig Cider House on Wednesday May 2. The multi-course meal will include tasting dishes including sausages with apple kalamata salad and a pork cutlet entree. Original Sin’s Gidon Coll will talk about their craft ciders made from NY apples and we will be there to discuss our pasture-raised meats and the farmers who make it all happen.
